I feel that a child will stay focus if he's with a family that cares about education and instill this in them letting them know that the sky is the limit and that you must stay focus on what you want in life.I know of a young lady who is in foster care. Her mom was a user but she never let that hender her. She is a graduate of high school and is now ready to attend college. She use the system to further her education.
