Each year, an estimated 20,000 young people “age out” of the U.S. foster care system. Many are only 18 years old and still need support and services.

FosterClub’s Teen Conference events provide an opportunity for young people to prepare for life on their own after foster care. Sponsor a FosterClub Campership and help foster youth on the path to a successful transition to adulthood.
